Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times cannot typically be filled on short notice, the following policies help ensure fairness to all clients while respecting the therapist’s time.

Appointment Reservation

A 50% reservation fee is required when booking select specialized or extended services. This fee secures your appointment time and is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

Services requiring a 50% reservation fee include:

• Aura & Body Wellness
• Blissful Mobility Massage
• The Extra Extended
• Spiritual Sensations
• Massage with Guided Meditation

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may do so without penalty.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the 50% reservation fee. If a reservation fee was not collected, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee will apply. An invoice will be sent for payment and must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide notice will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee. An invoice will be sent for payment and must be paid prior to scheduling future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying clients scheduled after you. The full service fee will still apply.

If there is not enough time remaining to safely provide your scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Illness, Emergencies & Severe Weather

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC in cases of sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.

Right to Refuse Service

Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, presents a safety concern, or if massage therapy is not appropriate at the time of service.

Policy Agreement
