Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

Policy Acknowledgment

By booking an appointment with Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please review these terms carefully before completing your reservation.

 

Thank you for choosing Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times cannot always be filled on short notice, the following policies help protect your reserved time while ensuring fairness to all clients.

 

Reservation Fee:

A 50% reservation fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your appointment.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty. When an appointment is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the reservation fee will be refunded. If you reschedule instead, your reservation fee may be transferred to your new appointment - This is only allowed one time! 

One-Time Rescheduling: Each appointment may be rescheduled once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. Any additional rescheduling requests will require a new appointment booking and reservation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the 50% reservation fee.

This policy also applies to appointments booked within the 24-hour cancellation window. Please contact me as early as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment.

 

No-Shows:

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of your reservation fee. The full scheduled service price will be due for missed appointments, including the remaining balance after the reservation fee, subject to the payment authorization provided at booking.

 

Late Arrivals:

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying other clients. The full scheduled service price remains due, even if your session must be shortened because of your late arrival.

If you arrive too late for the service to be performed, your appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Illness, Emergencies & Severe Weather:

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC in cases of sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather conditions that make travel unsafe.

Right to Refuse Service:

Intuitive Massage Healing, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if a client exhibits inappropriate behavior, appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, presents a safety concern, or if massage therapy is not appropriate at the time of service.
