Appointment Reservation / Cancellation Policy

Massage schedules book up fast. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  To be effective and fair to ALL clients, the following policies are honored. 

Because appointment times are held specifically for each client and often cannot be refilled on short notice, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or same-day rescheduling requests will result in forfeiture of the 50% reservation retainer. A new reservation retainer may be required to reserve another appointment time.

Remaining balance is due at the completion of the scheduled session.

 

**Cancellation Policy**

 

**Cancellation up to the end of the day before your appointment:  No penalty.
**Cancellation on the day of the appointment:  50% of the service total will be due. See below regarding specific sessions. 
**No call/No show:  100% of the service total will be charged. This amount must be paid that day, or prior to your next scheduled appointment. Payment can be through Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card(over phone or by invoice). 

**Sessions that are more individualized- 50% is due at time of booking. Non-refundable even if cancelled or rescheduled day of appointment. Sessions listed below. 

Aura & Body Wellness, Blissful Mobility Massage, The Extra Extended, Spiritual Sensations, and Massage with guided meditation. 

 

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
